- Pre-Opening restaurant.
- Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies with overakk mission,vision,values and strategies.
- In conjunction with the Financial Controller.
- Establishes and maintains effective internal controls within the department.
- Develops and implements menu and strategies which are aligned with the targeted market position.
- Creates and develops menu prices beverage lists and prices and is responsible for the selection of condiments,linens,uniforms,and decor used within the property's facility and manage the kitchen operation.
- Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement.
- Standardizes portions used and is responsible for the controlling of food,beverage,and labor costs.
- Adheres to corporate policies and procedures.

- Minimum 3 years experienced in Chain Restaurant,F&B Director
- Good command of English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong service mind and Mature
- Excellent organiztional skills and attention to detail
